Most of his professional engagement has been with the MNC Bank – HSBC over various locations such as Dubai, Hong Kong, Jakarta and Cairo. In his current role, Ravi is the founder and director at the Indian School of Development Management(ISDM) which aims to facilitate the creation of a cadre of professional leaders and managers for the development sector who will make a significant difference to the impact, scale and sustainability of organisations working for the betterment of society and especially improving the quality of life of the underserved. He is an Engineer from IIT-BHU (1985) and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (1988).

Sam transitioned from Corporate India after an illustrious career spanning 26 years with Xerox, 3M and Hutch having last served as CEO regional director of Vodafone for almost a decade in Bangalore. His second innings over the last ten years has been a dual career marked by innovation, generosity and significance in Corporate Advisory and Primary Education. Having established an Elementary school in 2010 and established the family foundation serving the underserved woman and children in the city. As Corporate Advisor, Sam works with four different businesses in the technology, cloud and platform businesses and has recently assumed the responsibility of Co-founder in the platform business.

Ujwal Thakar, a banker for 28 years, has held key senior management positions at several leading banks including Standard Chartered Bank, BNP Paribas and Times bank. In 2002, he entered the social sector as CEO of Pratham, India's largest NGO in the elementary education space, putting to use his expertise in raising and managing funds, strategizing and project execution. He also served as CEO of GiveIndia.
Shaveta Sharma-Kukreja
Managing Director at Central Square Foundation
Shaveta has been part of the founding team at CSF, and co-leads CSF's strategy, operations and strategic partnerships. She leads CSF’s work on FLN (Foundational Literacy & Numeracy) across State engagement & Classroom Instruction, Grant-making, and also oversees CSF’s organisational development. Her corporate background includes work at The Boston Consulting Group and Citibank. She has also been a visiting faculty member in the Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour disciplines at business schools. Her primary areas of interest are systems adoption at scale and leadership & organisational behaviour, and she is certified in the psychometric tools MBTI, FIRO-B and FIRO-Business.
